Waters in Burma

A country of 48 million inhabitants, the large majority living in the countryside. Minimal Ocidental influence: men wearing longyis, almost no brands can be found on the shelves (very, very rarely you see a Coke or a Lux). People who love to smile, work and who enjoy soccer. People who are bright, active and literate (almost 98% of the population). However, behind this beautiful country with genuine people, there is repression, no freedom and a number of human rights abuses take place everyday. To learn more visit: www.eyesofchange.com/burma
